Looking for:
1 year business experience
Experience in and knowledge of topics related to Business Administration, Foreign trade, International Business or Logistics
Customer service or supply chain experience
Microsoft Office experience to include Excel
Fluent communication skills in English (exclusive requirement)

Position objetives:
– Develop strong relationships with customers to support their needs, learn their trends and become the primary interface to support all supply chain efforts for that account.
– Enter a high volume of complex customer orders with attention to detail, planning the production schedule and tracking shipments.
– Interact with customers to receive orders, cancellations and clarify their needs. Communicate changes, delays, requests, etc. to sales representatives and the customer as appropriate.
– Assist in resolving customer order fulfillment issues that may occur at the production, shipping or warehouse stocking point.
– Coordinate shipment of products, expedite shipments, arrange for pick-up of defective products, etc.
– Interact with sales and cross-functional teams (operations, manufacturing and transportation) to collaborate, develop and implement service and cost solutions.
– Resolve customer account issues by identifying root cause, proposing realistic solutions and executing the resolution with a sense of urgency and economic thinking.
– Manage the crediting and debiting of a customer’s account when problems arise.
– Manage warehouse inventory levels to ensure that products required by customers are available for dispatch.
