We are currently seeking a support profile in our Montevideo office to perform administrative and accounting tasks within one of our teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and produce various types of reports
- Register invoices and documents in internal systems
- Ensure data accuracy through input and control processes
- Keep systems updated
- Document work processes and identify possible efficiencies
- Follow up on contracts and general administrative tasks
- Perform reconciliations, including analysis and coordination with other teams or third parties
- Interact and collaborate effectively across departments
Requirements:
- Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills (essential)
- Valued: report writing skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using several systems simultaneously
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Good Excel skills preferred
